When does my plan start?

Does my phone support eSIM?
Dial *#06# on your phone. If a number labelled “EID” appears, your phone supports eSIM. More details and a device list in the eSIM check. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked.
Do I keep my number, iMessage and WhatsApp?
Yes. The eSIM is added to your phone, your home line stays. iMessage, FaceTime and WhatsApp keep working with your usual number, only the data goes through the USA eSIM.
How fast do I get the eSIM?

Can I get a refund?
