This Privacy Policy explains how ZenStone LLC (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you use AnyBars.
Information we collect
- Order information: your email address, the plan you bought, the price, order and delivery times, and the eSIM details we send you.
- Consent records: the time you accepted our Terms and Refund Policy at checkout.
- Payment information: processed by Stripe. We receive the payment status and a payment reference, but not your full card number.
- Reviews: if you leave a review, your rating, text and the first name you choose to show.
- Technical data: our servers log IP addresses and browser information for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To process your order, deliver your eSIM and send order-related emails.
- To provide customer support and handle refunds or disputes.
- To ask you once for a review after delivery and to publish reviews you submit.
- To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes, and to prevent fraud.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not send you marketing emails without your consent.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Our email provider, to send order and delivery emails.
- Hosting and internal notification tools we use to run the shop and get notified about new orders.
- Authorities, if required by law.
We do not pass your personal information to our eSIM supplier.
Cookies and tracking
Our shop does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Stripe may use cookies on its checkout page for payment and fraud prevention. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy first. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, because we do not track you across other websites.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes, generally up to 7 years. Reviews stay published until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing anybars.support@gmail.com. We may need to keep certain order records where required by law.
Children
Our shop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Security
We use HTTPS encryption and restrict access to order data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
