Terms of Service

Effective date: October 22, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of eSIM data plans from AnyBars, operated by ZenStone LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Wyoming (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

We sell prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for use in Vietnam. The mobile service itself is provided by a local network operator (currently Viettel) through our supplier. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of Viettel or any other carrier. The plans do not include a phone number, calls or SMS.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Your responsibilities

• Your device must support eSIM and must not be carrier-locked. You can check this on our eSIM check page before buying.
• You must enter a correct email address. We deliver the eSIM only to the address you provide.
• Keep the QR code private. Anyone with the QR code may be able to install the eSIM.
• Do not delete the eSIM after installing it. It usually cannot be installed again.

4. Plan rules

• Each plan includes the stated amount of high-speed data per day. Once the daily amount is used up, data stops until the next day starts.
• Days are counted as calendar days in Vietnam time (GMT+7). The day of activation counts as a full day. Unused data does not carry over.
• The plan starts when the eSIM is activated in Vietnam. You must activate it within 60 days of purchase, otherwise it expires.
• The plan works in Vietnam only.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include all fees we charge. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Your bank may charge its own fees, for example for foreign transactions.

6. Delivery

We deliver the eSIM QR code and installation instructions by email. Delivery usually happens within one hour of payment, but delays can occur. If you have not received your eSIM within 24 hours, please contact us at anybars.support@gmail.com.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we may share your order details with the payment processor to resolve the dispute.

8. Network service

Coverage, speed and availability depend on the local network operator and may vary by location, time and device. Speeds are not guaranteed. Some websites or services may be restricted under local laws in Vietnam.

9. Acceptable use

You may use the eSIM only for lawful purposes and in line with the network operator's rules. Reselling the eSIM you bought from us is not permitted.

10. Disclaimer

Except as stated in these Terms, the eSIM plans are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits, missed bookings or roaming charges billed by your own carrier.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us at anybars.support@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
