You get 5 GB of high-speed data per day. Once used up, data pauses until midnight (Vietnam time). Unused data expires.
You can install the eSIM at home. The plan only starts when you activate it in Vietnam.
Days are counted as calendar days in Vietnam time: the activation day counts in full, even if it is already evening.
You must activate the eSIM within 60 days of purchase.

Does my phone support eSIM?

Dial *#06# on your phone. If a number labelled “EID” appears, your phone supports eSIM. More details and a device list in the eSIM check. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked.

Do I keep my US number, iMessage and WhatsApp?

Yes. The eSIM is added to your phone, your US line stays. iMessage, FaceTime and WhatsApp keep working with your usual number, only the data goes through the Vietnam eSIM.

How fast do I get the eSIM?

By email, usually within 1 hour. You get the QR code and step-by-step instructions. You can install it at home, it takes about 5 minutes.

Can I get a refund?

You can cancel for a full refund as long as the eSIM has not been delivered. Once the QR code is delivered it is non-refundable, because it is ready to use. Please check that your phone supports eSIM first. If the eSIM does not work because of a fault on our side, you get a replacement or your money back.
