For up to 8 days with lots of streaming, take unlimited. For up to 10 days, 50 GB is enough for most travelers.
When do I have to install it?
Once you are in Thailand, and no later than 15 days after purchase. The QR code works only once.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Dial *#06# on your phone. If a number labelled “EID” appears, your phone supports eSIM. More details and a device list in the eSIM check. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked.
Do I keep my number, iMessage and WhatsApp?
Yes. The eSIM is added to your phone, your home line stays. iMessage, FaceTime and WhatsApp keep working with your usual number, only the data goes through the Thailand eSIM.
How fast do I get the eSIM?

Can I get a refund?
You can cancel for a full refund as long as the eSIM has not been delivered. Once the QR code is delivered it is non-refundable, because it is ready to use.
